Am I too old to a be Swiftie?

I'll admit, I belt out Taylor Swift songs all day long. In the car, in the shower, while cooking in the kitchen—basically, wherever I am. No, I'm not embarrassed. In fact, I embrace it. I love Taylor Swift, and I'm not afraid to shout it from the rooftops. I've been a fan since I first heard her name in 2007. I remember those early days of motherhood, driving my baby around in our Jeep Commander, hoping he'd drift off to sleep, all while "Love Story" played on repeat. Taylor’s music has been the soundtrack to so many moments of my life, from the simple joy of a car ride to the quiet, comforting moments that only a new mom knows. Her songs have been with me through it all, and they always will be.

Now, in my later 40s, I'm still a massive fan, perhaps more so than ever. It's not just about the music anymore—though that remains a huge part of it—it's about who Taylor Swift is as a person and the incredible role model she’s become for younger generations. I admire her strength, her authenticity, and the way she uses her platform to advocate for what she believes in. She’s someone who’s grown and evolved in the public eye with such grace and confidence, and that’s something I truly respect. Being a fan of hers is about more than just the songs—it’s about celebrating the kind of person she is and the positive influence she continues to be.

This is why I was inspired to create some art prints featuring her famous words, including one of my favorites: "No matter what happens in life, be good to people. Being good to people is a wonderful legacy to leave behind." These words resonate with me deeply, capturing the essence of kindness and the impact we can all have on the world around us. Creating these prints feels like a way to honor the values she embodies and to share that message of goodness with others.

This quote would be a perfect print to hang on the wall of your kid’s room, a dorm room, or even in your office. It serves as a daily reminder to lead with kindness and to leave a positive mark on the world. Whether your child is growing up, heading off to college, or you’re navigating your career, these words offer inspiration and encouragement to always choose compassion. It’s a beautiful legacy to aspire to and a message worth keeping close.

Thanks for reading, friends.
