Deep greens and blues are the colors I choose...

A customer recently ordered a bunch of my printsWhen I saw what she ordered I had to reach out and ask some questions, simply out of curiosity.

Turns out was creating a gallery wall for her new office.

All the prints had various quotes and inspiration, but they were all one of my blue or green watercolor backgrounds.

Her office is in downtown Portland, which is right on the water in coastal Maine. She can smell the sea and hear the bustle of boats and ships coming and going, but she can't see the water itself.

SO... she created a collection of art to reflect the colors of the ocean and also her favorite colors of sea glass. Um, love this!

Check out what she chose...

I love how thoughtful and creative my clients are. Also, I didn't realize how many blue and green prints I had created over the years ;)

One more thing!  If you thinking of creating a gallery wall yourself, please reach out. I am happy to help and give my design and color advice!

Happy decorating,

The title of this post is a little shout out to my family. For those of you that don't know the reference, it's a line from the song "Sweet Baby James" by James Taylor, my parents favorite singer/song writer.
